ANAHEIM, Calif. (Nov. 1, 2021) — Anaheim will host its third public hearing on the redistricting process on Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 S. Anaheim Blvd.

Throughout the month of October, members of the community were asked to submit draft maps showing how they think the district boundaries should be drawn based on the 2020 Census data. Draft maps can be viewed online here.

At the Nov. 2 hearing, the City Council will review updated Census information and discuss the draft maps submitted. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting, listen to the discussion and give public comments in person or in writing.

Following the public hearing, we’ll host a second round of community meetings in person and virtually throughout the community to present and discuss the early proposals for Anaheim’s districts. Here’s a schedule of upcoming meetings.
